Terms of Service

• Booking: You must provide accurate information and pay the required fees.
• Payment Terms: Payment must be completed prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing. Any refunds or credits follow our then-current policy.

You are responsible for the proper care of the photobooth equipment. Damage or loss caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional fees.

• Your Photos/Videos: You retain ownership of the content captured at your event.
• Promotional Use: With your consent, we may use select photos for marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time, though we cannot remove previously published media.

We primarily serve Manitoba, Canada. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service region.

Moment Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Manitoba courts.
